Asombro

The nose is showing dark fruits and plum, balsamic and cassis. A certain volatility with raisin, date, molasses and plums. Leather and currant as well. Needs food to tame the tannins that sit underneath the fruit, the acid and balsamic. Attractive and screaming out for cheese!
