History
Viña Caminomar is a wine project founded in 2009 by the Larraín Duque family, with the vision of producing natural wines, crafted entirely by hand, and promoting wine tourism both nationally and internationally. Located in Santa Ana, in Chile’s Colchagua Valley, the winery stands out for its commitment to ecological farming and sustainability.

The project’s philosophy is centred on the authentic expression of the Santa Ana terroir. Its wines are known for their floral aromas —derived from the diverse gardens surrounding the vineyard— and for their ripe black fruit notes. Production is small-scale, organic and sustainable, the result of a carefully balanced blend of grape varieties.

Winemaking is entirely artisanal: grapes are harvested by hand in April, carefully selected, destemmed by hand, and vinified separately with native yeasts. The wines mature in French oak barrels and rest in bottle before release, without prior filtration, in order to preserve the purity and essence of natural wine.

Vineyard
Located in the commune of Peralillo, in the Santa Ana sector, approximately at kilometre 67 of the A90 highway, the vineyard covers 3 hectares in the renowned terroir of the Colchagua Valley. This area is distinguished by its optimal conditions for viticulture, combining a Mediterranean climate with soils that promote balanced vine development. Planted varieties include Syrah, Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, with a focus on creating a balanced blend of grape varieties.
