The nose is mealy and cereal-led with pear and anise notes, along with a chalky note underneath. Fresh palate with a slight note of wet wool, white chocolate, and richness, as well as having excellent purity of fruit underneath. Peach and nectarine come on the mid-palate with a sweetness of fruit as well. Long, fine, and elegant.
