Mater

The Cabernet character shows on the nose with juicy and vibrant fruits, supported by some smoke, meat and a real sense of juiciness. A lovely palate with rosemary and meaty notes as well. The tannins are really well balanced, fine and ripe. A lovely richness but not heavy—great extraction and a great blend. Each variety adds its personality and together they deliver a powerful yet elegant wine.
