A bright nose with a fennel note, anise and white peach. The palate has a richness and depth, with a buttery note and almonds. There is a salty lemon note with real texture and a chalky, layered finish. There is so much going on here – citrus, peach and a nutty, reductive note that comes through on the finish. Long and balanced, layered and wonderful.
