Super youthful nose, which is bright, herbal and with a sweet spice as well. The palate has such brightness and a liquorice note, slight pyrazine character and thyme – balanced with spice and pepper. Layered, fresh, and the balance of fruit, pepper and herbal notes is super. Concentrated and with tannins that are rounded, intense and with a sweet, plum-led finish. Such concentration here – beautiful. Tobacco comes through on the layered finish.
