A super expressive nose that is just screaming black olives, pepper, leather and rosemary. A palate that has fantastic acidity, balance and freshness. There is a lovely cracked black pepper and olive note, with rosemary and thyme underneath. Rounded and full, with a fresh acidity as well, in balance and layered. Deliciously expressive and exuberant.
