El Infaltable Pinot Noir

The nose shows bloody, iodine and rosehip notes. The palate is bright but distinctly savoury, with tobacco and earthy notes. The tannins are firm, really present and there throughout the palate. Moderate acidity, with a tobacco and dusty note. Definitely needs food, as there is a real firmness.
