Really expressive nose, the whole bunch notes are ethereal and give a beautiful herbal note, wild strawberry and crushed raspberry. The palate has the juicy and wonderful brightness with the chalkiness and freshness, a herbal note and a salinity as well. It’s medium-bodied at best, yet with concentration and energy underneath. The saltiness comes through towards the end and refreshes the palate. Defined and with such crackling energy.
