Attractive and fresh nose with peach, stone fruit, and a chalkiness that stands out. A direct nose with real acidity and a rounded, chalky, fresh mouthfeel. There is volume here, and fantastic vibrancy, electric acidity. The finish is very long, with a saltiness coming through to refresh the palate. If people ask about minerality, this is a wine I would love to show them – saline, electric, and enrobed in a gentle cloak of subtle citrus and stone fruit. Superb.
