De Cabeza

The nose is bright and expressive, with crunchy red fruits, cranberry and herbal notes. The palate has a lovely linear feel throughout, and the crunchy fruit has been helped by the use of amphora in the Grenache, giving a freshness and spice. Layered and well-judged fruit here, cranberry and herbal, with just a slight wild note towards the finish. I like the acidity and crunchy finish here.
