The nose has marked pyrazine and saline notes, it just speaks of the sea. The palate is really fresh with a herbal note and saline character, so expressive and with citrus, passion fruit and leafy notes as well as a lime mandarin-skin note. Long with such freshness and a grassy, tropical finish. Layered, approachable and a really cool expression of Sauvignon.
