Leather and farmyard, coffee and spiced oak with cocoa underneath, bacon and horse sweat. The palate is intense and powerful, with sweetness of dark fruits, fig, cocoa, and dates. Then the sweet tannins come through. A smoked meat note appears as well, followed by baked earth. Powerful, with sweetness on the finish. Really rich and full, with a fruitcake note as well.
