Caballo Loco Grand Cru Sagrada Familia

Distinct perfume on the nose, red fruits with pepper and thyme lurking underneath. The palate shows silkiness, soft and supple tannins, a lovely grip and freshness throughout. Firm and also seductive, I like the acidity here as it gives zip, edge and energy to the blend. Not too green but still showing its roots and character. Delicious.
