Tarapacá Gran Reserva Etiqueta Negra Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose shows a blend of fruits: blue, red and dark, with graphite and gravel notes. The palate shows lovely density and really grippy tannins, liquorice root and a dustiness as well—hard to explain these tannins, as they are really present and also show a clay character as well. Bay leaf and sweet fruit. Needs time to come together, but is approachable now.
