Wild forest fruits with an earthy note, cocoa, and mint on the nose. The palate has good energy and freshness beneath the powerful and burly frame of cassis, dark fruits, and black pepper. Rich, sleek and generous in nature, this wine needs food but has good intensity and length with a lovely balance of power and elegance and should age relatively well.
