The nose is citrus, mandarin and white flowers. A ripe palate with texture and weight on the mid-palate, a saline note and a drying yeasty note that comes through with time. A fascinating palate, with weight and a freshness that is always present, and a dry saline finish. Super interesting, a real mouthful and a superb wine for pairing with Asian food.
