20 Barrels Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of red and dark fruits, cassis, crushed strawberry, graphite and herbal notes, with something slightly floral as well. The palate is super juicy, but then come the tannins, which are really well defined, with raspberry notes and a pencil-shaving note. Super concentrated and marked by real freshness, a powerful, rich Cab but always refreshing, with a long and delineated finish. Overall, this is a really enjoyable, serious but fun Cab that needs time to come together, but it will over the next year or so.
