The nose shows some development and spiced notes, violets and pepper. The palate is rounded, ripe, with pepper, bacon fat and a herbal note coming through. Balanced and with a lovely freshness underneath. The palate is really well judged, with some whole bunch on the Carménère that adds life and weight, and also a sense of freshness.
