A really attractive nose here that shows blue fruit, balsamic, mint and cocoa nibs. Wonderful concentration of fruit — blue fruit, mint chocolate and very delicate tannins. There is a sweetness of fruit, ripe blueberry and a hint of eucalyptus. What is wonderful here is the tannin structure: they are so fine, so delicate, and really give a wonderful structure to the concentrated core of fruit, with real energy and zip beneath. Absolutely delicious, and whilst this is just hitting its stride, it will age gracefully over the coming years.
