The nose is dense, full of graphite, spice, and dark fruits. The palate is long with fruitcake as well as a dark cassis note. Rich and with a textured mid-palate - really attractive and in a great place at the moment. Juicy, ripe, and always with a lovely tension, as well as fresh forest fruits. The oak is really well-integrated - lively and structured. Should age well.
