Pewën de Apalta

The nose is so pretty and elegant, with finesse, pepper, herbs and bay leaf. A richness on the attack that is mouth-filling, concentrated, yet so elegant. The tannins are super fine, dusty and earthy, but with bright acidity. A superb expression. The dark fruit is there, along with a bright red fruit note. The oak is present and will integrate over the coming 2–4 years. It carries its intensity with elegance and lightness.
