Such a bright and inviting nose – liquorice and blueberry. On the palate, there is a real sense of freshness: rosemary, thyme and bright, zippy acidity. Balsamic liquorice notes really stand out – cracking intensity and spice. Herbal, but with an earthy note as well. Spiced, balanced and dense on the palate, tightly coiled but will age well. Delicious – and needs food. Needs time to open up.
