Zippora

A brooding and dark nose, with intensity, spice, weight and a hint of everything. The palate is soft and supple, but with fine, tight tannins. They give finesse and structure to the wine—a really well-judged fruit palate that is supported by structure and a mouth-watering freshness. This is so young and tight, and needs a few years to open up and express itself a little more, but has so much potential.
