With a beautiful light lychee colour, small and delicate bubbles emerge, forming a subtle and elegant crown. On the nose,subtle notes of bread, sponge cake, and florality shine through. On the palate, the first sip is fresh and shows great balance, with notes of green apple and toasted bread. A slight bitterness on the finish adds complexity.
