The nose is tight but showing some spice, herbal with black pepper, and thyme. A beautiful palate with a tight mid-palate, the white pepper comes through and adds a spice element to the bright red fruit. Tinned strawberry and has a dusty feeling on the mid-palate. Lovely freshness and salty with a wild forest fruit hint coming through. Wonderful expression of Grenache.
