A nose that is screaming leather, spice, cocoa, and with thyme, rosemary and a meaty salami note. The palate is juicy and with really lovely balance, meaty and spiced with balsamic notes coming through. There's a sweetness of fruit and a truffled character coming through. Needs time obviously to open up but already drinking well, with a long and savoury finish, some toasted notes and liquorice root on the long finish.
