Such an expressive nose—lime, lanolin and wet hay—really inviting. The palate shows great concentration and intensity through the mid palate—very Sémillon, with that lanolin note. Then come the herbal notes, chamomile and lovely acidity throughout. Fine, elegant, long and refined, with a waxy texture that grows in the glass. A superb example of Sémillon.
