The nose is so inviting with dark fruits, spice, and balsamic notes. The palate is equally inviting with a lovely coffee note and toasted character, delicious and with such a gorgeous balance of fruit and spice. Dense and layered with the fresh acidity of Carignan and a strawberry note from Grenache. Beautifully balanced, although it is certainly a hedonistic and rich wine. Well-judged.
