The nose really shows marked earthiness, tobacco, coffee, spice, dark fruits and herbal notes. A really supple palate, showing density, power, concentration, intensity and a liquorice note. The tannins are really fine and integrated, complementing the savoury and dark fruit notes very well. Bright acidity and a long, attractive, dense, tightly coiled finish.
