Sophisticated and broad nose with notes of sponge cake, freshly baked strudel, and some ripe pineapple along with subtle mineral touches. On the palate the wine pleasantly surprises with a fresh attack and a vibrant acidity that gives a good balance between fruit and minerality, with an appealing bitter note. This wine is elegant, giving real pleasure. This more "European" style is a great addition to the Chilean Chardonnay category.
