A little bit of development on the nose, red fruits and bacon fat spice, dark fruits, and a note of coconut as well. There is a hit of coca cola and cherry which is followed by a wall of chewy tannins that cover the mouth. The acidity is present throughout and climbs through the tannins to lift the wine to its peak. Generous, layered, and with a coolness of blue fruit on the dense finish.
