Veraz

An intense nose, brooding and deep, with a blend of cocoa, tomato leaf, bay leaf and something slightly meaty as well. A rich palate that starts wild and dark, with a savoury note alongside black fruits and cherry. There is a lot going on here, and all that bright acidity lifts the palate, keeping it dense and rich. Velvety, but also with grip, there is a graphite note on the long finish. Impressive.
