Yellow colour with green hues, featuring a delicate and persistent bubble that forms a lasting crown. On the nose it offers citrus notes of lime, lemon zest, green apple, and a hint of yeast. On the palate, the bubbles are slightly coarse, but the fruit is very lively, fresh, flavourful and long.
