Fresh baked bread and spice, liquorice and redcurrant. A richness on the mid palate as well as a density, baked bread and a dark fruit note with a hint of spice and herbs, rosemary and thyme. A long finish with such a wonderful depth of fruit, red apple skin and cranberry fruit. A refreshing acidity underneath.
