Baked red apples, pear, and apple pie - spiced and layered fruit. The palate has real weight and power with baked apples coming through again - lovely acidity gives the wine lift and freshness. Long, fine, and has a wet wool note coming through on the finish. A fascinating wine, with almond and peach on the fresh finish. Needs time and demands that you listen to the wine.
