A really bright nose and with a hint of smoke and spiced meat, opening up ont he nose there is a black pepper note coming through. The palate is juicy and structured at the same time. Savoury and spiced and with a smoked meat note here as well, five spice and the plate is tight and structured and with real elegance here - that is what defines this wine really, elegance and refinement. It has firm, tannins that are graphite led and earthy, with a pepper note coming through on the long and polished finish.
