Brimming with generous dark fruits, charcuterie, biltong, and sous bois. The palate is tightly wound at the moment and has excellent tension underneath - wonderful herbal notes are bubbling beneath the surface, thyme, garrigue, and bay leaf. The tannins are rounded and densely structured, supported by lovely fresh acidity leading to a chewy, attractive, and long finish.
