An expressive nose of jasmine, grassy notes and lime. Super fresh with a citrus core and a real vibrancy. This has energy, citrus notes and a real purity to boot. What is lovely here is that there is also weight and textured note on the mid palate as well as the zippy core. This is great on its own but would be beautiful with scallops, oysters and fruits de mer.
