The nose is powerful with a red fruit note alongside the cassis and herbal character. Rich, dense, and layered with well-judged oak, juicy and structured tannins with sweet fruit underneath the rich, dense fruit core. Long and rich finish - well-judged and hedonistic. Still youthful and the oak is just integrating beautifully. Classy and old school, and really rather enjoyable!
