History
Domaine Dussaillant Lehmann is a family-run vineyard renowned for its significant foray into the world of sparkling wines. The project was born from Fernando Dussaillant Nielsen’s profound experience in France, inspiring him to embark on this venture with affection and dedication, always aiming to preserve and revive the ancient traditions of French sparkling winemaking.

Situated in the Maule Valley, the vineyard blends the essence of its terroir with the passion and commitment of the family, offering a French-style experience in the heart of the New World. Although Fernando Dussaillant Nielsen has passed away, his legacy lives on stronger than ever—just as he would have wished.

Vineyard
The Dussaillant Lehmann estate lies near the Longaví River, in the eastern foothills of the southern Maule Valley. The site enjoys a cool climate and is framed by poplar trees, characteristic of the region. Volcanic soils rich in organic matter complete the picture.

Planted in 2009, the vineyard now covers approximately five hectares. The vines are pruned and managed according to French protocols, with low yields to ensure optimum grape health and prioritise quality.
Planted grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Malbec, Grenache, and Merlot.
