A meaty and spiced nose with herbal notes from whole bunch, charcuterie and a spiced bilrtong note. The palate is rounded and with a real richness well and game, a great balance of meat, spice and juicy with a long rich finish. Structured and a really lovely length, just love the blend and the finish.
