A spicy nose and with red fruits, wild strawberry and a rose petal nose as well. A zippy acid core with a little bit of weight from the lees contact, a spiced palate and a wonderful zip on the mid palate. Grapefruit, wild strawberry and lime notes. Really well put together and a long layered finish with excellent food pairing ability.
