The nose has marked pyrazine and saline notes, it just speaks of the sea. The palate is really fresh with a herbal note and saline character, so expressive and with a citrus note and herbal character, passion fruit and leafy notes as well as a lime mandarin skin note. A long finish with such freshness and a grassy tropical finish. Layered, approachable and really cool expression of Sauvignon.
